Yesterday the annual UNICEF fundraiser gala “HumorGalan” took place at Berns. It was broadcasted live on national television through TV4 and the evening went by succesfully. UNICEF broke their record from last year and raised over 30.000 kr.
It felt good being apart of a good cause and mostly inspiring to meet new and creative people.. The band was smashing! thanks to Stephen Simmonds.

It’s not a secret that I’ve been spending alot of time down south in Malmö. My brothers grew up there and Im starting to fall in love with that city too.. One of the reasons to my visits is due to a producer, David Raflund. Togheter with Oskar Ling they build a production team called “The Magnet” and we’ve done alot of craaazy tracks togheter. Some of them will end up on “The Best Kept Secret“. Here’s a clip from a studiosession I had with David recording a song called “Closer to Love“.
It’s beena long day. I’ve been working in the Basecamp Studio togheter with Daniele Mustodamus. We finished off a new song and I also recorded a hook for a young birmingham musician that has just entered the game in UK. His name is Spiro. “Eluminous Glow” is the title of his new promo which is also the first ever cd he has released and now he is recording new materal and I will be featuring on one off the songs..
As well known I realesed a soul & r’n'b mixtape last year entitled “A Woman of Few Words“. And while we all are waiting for “The Best kept Secret“ I advice you to listen to my few words on SoundCloud.com and the best part is that you get two bonus tracks.
Click here and listen to the whole mixtape
Track nr 2 “Dark Knight” taken from the mixtape A woman of few words
Finally my upcoming debut “The Best kept secret” is getting into place. I’ve finished all the recordings and now its just the last final touches left.. Before the producer Rasmus Faber left on tour to Japan I managed to get in the studio with him to recorded this song.
2010 – Here we are, the start of a new decade, and everyone is screaming, “it’s my year!”.. The Bell has been working alot from the begining of this year and just got back from New York.
I’ve been recording, enjoying life, singing and most importantly gotten some new inspiration to hold on to. This site has been put on hold for a wile due to reconstruction so for the time being keep yourself updated through my Facebook Fan Group Beldina Malaika.
A woman of few words says silence is the most powerful language. Learn to understand it before you say anything. I could’nt care less about the limelight – the light just finds me.. Right now i’m working on my official release and I want you to be patient with the outcome of my melodies. I will provide you with love throughout the year – don’t worry.
